The Confraternity of Christian Mothers is an organization of women whose goal is the education of their children in a Christian home environment. The group meets on the second Monday of the month following the Mass, Rosary or Chaplet of the Divine Mercy. Programs and speakers are scheduled regularly. All women of the parish are invited to join; women who are not mothers are associates of the organization.
Society members pledge a daily decade of the rosary. The group meets on the first Monday of the month. They recite the rosary daily before the Mass, at the funeral home for their deceased members, and a decade at every meeting. They enjoy socials and entertainment.
LADIES OF CHARITY
The goal of this organization is to help anyone who is in need. Members of this group visit the sick and shut-ins of the parish including those residing in nursing homes and personal care facilities. They also collect and distribute food to the poor and needy. The group meets the second Tuesday of the month. All women of the parish are welcome to join.
HOLY NAME SOCIETY
The Holy Name Society is primarily a spiritual organization of Catholic men. The Holy Name man assumes the special obligation to strive by word, deed, and example to fulfill the petition of the Lord's Prayer, "Hallowed Be Thy Name." It is a tremendous asset to the parish community and the Church. The members cultivate spiritual growth in the individual, participate in Eucharistic celebrations, sponsor retreats, support evangelization, and sponsor parish activities. Members attend the 8:30 a.m. Mass on the second Sunday of the month, followed by their meeting.
ST. VINCENT DE PAUL SOCIETY
This society is an international charitable organization whose main goal is to help the poor and needy. The group works quietly and confidentially to help those in need. The group meets on the last Tuesday of the month.
